Face Yoga is…

Amazing Face Yoga offers a powerful, holistic approach to enhancing inner and outer beauty and total well-being. We use a powerful synergy between Eastern techniques such as Chinese medicine, Japanese Shiatsu, and Indian Ayurveda…and modern scientific knowledge on skin and muscle tone, resistance training, mindfulness and stress management.

Face Yoga works from the inside out- toning the muscles, relaxing tension, and boosting blood flow. Research suggests that practicing face yoga daily can help your face look glowing, lifted, and healthy. No face lift needed! (And if you have had any type of invasive procedure in the past, regular practice may help delay the need for another one!)

 

Our approach to Face Yoga is unique.

At Amazing Face, we believe in and teach The Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method. Danielle Collins is the world leading face yoga expert and her certification course is approved and accredited by The International College of Holistic Medicine, The Register of Exercise Professionals, and the International Institute for Complementary Therapists.

As an Amazing Face client, you will not only learn exercises or “poses” traditionally associated with face yoga…You’ll also learn facial massage techniques, acupressure, facial relaxation (critical for smoothing lines caused by tension), and natural practices for overall well-being and vibrant health!
