The live classes are just 20-30 minutes, twice per week. Daily practice can be as little as 2-5 minutes using our "Two-Minute Magic" techniques. Most members find they can easily fit face yoga into existing routines.

Every live session is recorded and available for replay. Many members primarily use the recorded library and still get excellent results.
