Hi, I’m Alex!

I’m a longtime yoga practitioner but I had never even heard of ‘face yoga’ until I was nearly 50. Ironically, just when I was feeling happier, more relaxed, and more confident than ever, my face was starting to tell a different story. I often looked tired or grumpy when I was neither!

Botox, fillers, and other invasive and expensive interventions just weren’t as appealing as they used to be…especially with a new grand baby to spoil and a second kid headed to college!

I went searching for a more natural, holistic approach to beautiful skin and overall well-being and found the Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method. I love that these simple, powerful techniques are backed by science and fit beautifully into my full and busy life.

Today, I’m an avid ‘face yogi’ and my skin is smoother, clearer, and more taut than it has been for years. Best of all, my face is a truer reflection of my inner happiness and confidence…even without makeup! (The compliments are the icing on the cake!)

I love helping other women appreciate and embrace the amazing complexity and intrinsic beauty of their own faces. There is nothing better than watching my clients become the best reflection of their inner light with face yoga!

 

Random facts about me…

I take more pictures of my dogs and cats than I took of my grown kids…I love DIY face masks…I’m the author of a book about walking in nature…I don’t think dog kisses are gross…I recently became a grandmother…I color my own hair (and yeah, it’s supposed to be that color)…I make fabulous marshmallows (but I try not to eat too many of them)…I do my best work sitting on my deck with animals…strawberries are my favorite food…I love to bake, especially scones.
